Meet the Team

Thomas Salmen

Managing Director

In a career that has included start-ups, fast growing businesses and large corporates, Thomas has worked with New Zealand brands in finance, energy, and telecommunications, such as BNZ, Spark, Kordia, Orcon, Trustpower, and My Food Bag.

More recently, Thomas has run his own consulting practice, focusing on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate innovation and venture capital.

Thomas holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Auckland, a NZ Certificate in Financial Services, and is an Authorised Financial Advisor (FSP625770). He is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, a practitioner member of Financial Advice New Zealand, and a member of the FSCL Disputes Resolution Scheme.

Sam Denton-Giles

Marketing and Administration

Sam has a career in administration and marketing spanning a range of New Zealand business, with time at ASB Bank, Spark, MediaCom and FCB. She also owns her own business, making and selling her own coconut peanut butter! You can try it for yourself here, but be warned, it is pretty addictive.

In addition to looking after administration and marketing at Multiply and running her own business, Sam has travelled extensively through Asia – including a two-year stint teaching English in Korea. She studied Marketing at Massey University.
